Before proceeding with account cancellation, please carefully read and confirm the following requirements and consequences.
1. Eligibility for Account Cancellation
- Your account must be in a cancellable state.
- If you have joined a guild, you must leave the agency before proceeding.
- For signed accounts, you must terminate any active contracts before proceeding.
- For suspended accounts, you must lift the suspension before proceeding.
- Accounts without a bound mobile number must bind a mobile phone number before proceeding.
2. Account Assets
The account must have no remaining assets or you must voluntarily relinquish them before cancellation. Assets include, but are not limited to:
- Coins
- Beans
- Gifts
- Other related virtual content
3. Other Restrictions
No other pending activities or issues that could affect the cancellation may exist.
4. Account Cancellation Application Process
- After submitting the cancellation application, there is a 30‑day review period.
- If no appeals are made during this period, the cancellation will be completed automatically.
- If you applied by mistake, contact customer service to appeal within this 30‑day period.
5. Effects of Cancellation
- All personal data, activity records, and private messages will be deleted.
- The account will be logged out from all devices.
- Binding information will be released; the account will no longer be able to log in or be recovered.
6. Date of Release
This Account Cancellation Agreement was released on October 20, 2025.
