Chapter 1: General Provisions
Platform Overview
Solo Live (hereinafter “the Platform”) is a social interaction and live streaming platform provided by the Solo Live team (“the Team”). The Platform offers virtual gifts, technical support, traffic entry, and related services.
Legal Capacity
By using the Platform, you confirm you have full legal capacity. Users must be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 years old with independent income as their main source of livelihood.
Acceptance of Terms
This Policy is part of the Platform’s Terms of Service. By using the Platform or requesting withdrawals, you agree to all applicable agreements and future amendments.
Chapter 2: Virtual Currency (“Diamonds”) and Recharge Rules
Definition
“Diamonds” are the Platform’s virtual currency used to purchase virtual gifts or services. Virtual currency (Diamonds) is non‑refundable, except as required by law or Google Play refund policy.
Purchase Rules
- All Diamond purchases must be made via Google Play Billing in compliance with Play Store policies.
- Recharge rates between Diamonds and local currency are displayed on the Platform.
- The Platform may adjust recharge rules for legal or business reasons; users agree to accept such changes.
Account Accuracy
Users must ensure their account details are correct during recharge. The Platform is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect account information or external transactions.
Errors and Corrections
- If fewer Diamonds are credited, the Platform will promptly correct the balance.
- If excess Diamonds are credited, the Platform may deduct the surplus.
Prohibited Actions
Unauthorized recharge channels, fraud, or illegal use may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
Chapter 3: Streamer Withdrawals and Earnings
Scope
Applies to streamers who perform live streaming on the Platform and earn virtual gifts or bonuses (“Virtual Earnings”).
Withdrawal Requests
- Streamers must provide accurate account details (name, ID, payment info).
- Withdrawals are subject to thresholds, limits, fees, and settlement cycles published by the Platform.
- Abnormal activity, cheating, or policy violations may delay or deny withdrawal requests.
Streamer Obligations
- Comply with Platform’s User Agreement, Live Streaming Guidelines, and applicable laws.
- Ensure earnings are lawful and do not infringe third-party rights.
- Fulfill local tax obligations; the Platform may withhold taxes if required.
Platform Rights
- Upon verification, the Platform will transfer approved earnings.
- Suspicious transactions or signs of fraud may lead to suspension or forfeiture.
- The Platform is not liable for indirect or consequential losses during withdrawal.
Violation Handling
Fabricated transactions or unauthorized activity may result in immediate freezing of account and withdrawal disqualification. Legal action may be pursued for damages to the Platform or third parties.
Chapter 4: User & Platform Rights and Obligations
User Obligations
- Only use legal payment methods and accounts you are authorized to operate.
- Protect your account credentials; the Platform is not responsible for losses due to negligence.
Platform Rights
- Audit accounts, live streams, and transaction history to ensure compliance.
- Suspend or terminate accounts violating rules or national laws.
Force Majeure & Service Interruptions
The Platform shall not be liable for service interruptions due to maintenance, system failures, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party issues.
Chapter 5: Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws where the Platform is registered.
Dispute Resolution
- Attempt amicable negotiation first.
- If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to the competent court or arbitration in the Platform’s registration locality.
Chapter 6: Amendments and Termination
Amendments
The Platform may modify this Agreement based on business or legal requirements. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
Termination
- Users can stop using the Platform and deactivate accounts.
- The Platform may terminate the Agreement due to policy changes or business decisions.
Severability
Invalid or unenforceable provisions do not affect the remaining provisions.
